Expanded Parking & Plaza Improvements
The new Plaza de la Raza is expected to reopen in September 2027. In addition to the Plaza de la Raza redevelopment, a parking garage project is planned nearby.
The multi-story building will increase the current parking capacity to approximately 300 stalls. The structure will also include street-facing commercial space on the ground level, designed to further boost pedestrian activity.
